We monitor new listings published on the major UAE property portals and match them against your brief. PropHunt doesn't host listings — every alert links to the original listing so you contact the advertiser directly.
Is PropHunt an agency or broker?
No. PropHunt is a search tool. We don't represent landlords, take commissions, or get paid to promote any listing — which is why our matches have no reason to flatter a bad option.
Will agents or landlords get my number?
No. Your brief and contact details stay private. You reach out when you choose to — nobody cold-calls you because you set up a search.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — write your brief in Arabic or English, and receive alerts in the same language. The whole product works right-to-left, not just the homepage.
Who are the inspectors?
